Let's be honest, when we hear the words "Self Care," we fill with anxiety. We know we need to take better care of ourselves but how, when we're hands on 24-7?

It seems like an impossible task. What if there was a way to rethink, and reimagine, self care in away that would allow us to take care of ourselves while we continue to care for our children, and our families? That’s exactly what this podcast episode is all about.

We are pleased to welcome our good friend Carrie Blaske to the show. She is an expert in helping parents and caregivers care for themselves in the middle of this crazy parenting journey.

A Little More About Carrie…

Seattle-based founder of Real Life Wholeness©️ and the Circle of CARE©️ community. Carrie has been providing education/training since 2006. She holds both Empowered To Connect “Train the Trainer” and Back to Back ministry’s “Trauma Competent Caregivers” certifications.

Carrie enjoys combining her 220 hour R-HYI (Registered Holy Yoga Instructor) certificate and trauma certificates to the personal complex life experiences that surround life as a parent/caregiver to her seven uniquely diverse children. She brings a vulnerable yet practical approach of C.A.R.E and wholeness to her audience.

How To Connect With Carrie…

Thanks for stopping by this week!
