- Emotional
- Hyper-active
- Silly
- Sassy
- Back-talking
- Lack of focus
- Impulsive behaviors
- Inability to sit still
How do we know if it’s lack of sleep or disobedience?
- Investigate- ask deeper questions
- Write down times, patterns, etc.
- Track the things they do during bedtime or shortly after
- Take a step back and ask “What happened?”
